AtikTeam Kariba, project management and collaboration

The AtikTeam collaborative platform receives a major update, code name Kariba. This new version introduces a major feature regarding data security, along with a substantial set of improvements.

Project trash

Projects now have a trash bin, which makes collaboration smoother while adding safety to the way your workspaces operate. Indeed, all collaborators and project managers can move an item to the trash, but only the manager of the project concerned is allowed to delete it permanently.

Moving an item to the trash creates an entry in the journal, with a restore button to undo the action directly if needed.

Items in the trash can be permanently deleted one by one, or all at once.

Search

A multi-project search module is now available on the home page of your application. It provides full-text search across all the documents of the projects you have access to.

In addition, searching for accented content has been improved.

Wiki

Automatically numbered headings now go down to level 6, and content indexing as well as image handling have been improved.

Files

Optimizations improve the speed and reliability of the full-text search engine for spreadsheets and text documents.

Planning

The workload plan has an improved layout. In addition, the underload and overload thresholds can now be configured, and AtikTeam instantly computes the overall workload of a team (group of people).

Optional Website module

The module offers a new type of resource: the blog post. Take the opportunity to run your blog directly from AtikTeam, with ease.

Optional Backup module

Improved performance and layout of the backup module.
